1. Processing & Order Handling

  • All orders placed on AYURAEN are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after [cut-off time, e.g., 3:00 PM IST] may be processed the next business day.

  • If there is a high volume of orders, busy season, or any unexpected delay, processing may take longer — in such cases, we will notify you by email.

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers

  • We currently ship to addresses within India, and select international destinations (as per region list on the site).

  • Domestic orders are shipped using reliable courier partners. For international shipping (where available), we will use internationally recognised carriers or trusted logistics partners.

  • Please note — for international shipments, customs/import duties (if applicable) may be charged by your country; these are the responsibility of the customer.
